Core Priorities
Our Core Priorities for 2025-2026
- Enhance the quality of EYFS provision to improve outcomes across the 7 areas of development, with a particular focus on Literacy, to achieve a Good Level of Development (GLD) which meets the National Level.
- To strengthen subject leadership by embedding high-quality adaptive teaching for pupils with additional needs in addition to deepening subject knowledge in EYFS, optimising the use of resources, and ensuring clear, coherent curriculum coverage across all subjects.
- To further enhance pupils' personal development and behaviour by embedding a culture of mutual respect, resilience and responsibility, ensuring all children – including the youngest – are well-supported to develop positive learning attitudes and consistently high standards of conduct and attendance.
