Core Priorities

Our Core Priorities for 2025-2026

Enhance the quality of EYFS provision to improve outcomes across the 7 areas of development, with a particular focus on Literacy, to achieve a Good Level of Development (GLD) which meets the National Level.

To strengthen subject leadership by embedding high-quality adaptive teaching for pupils with additional needs in addition to deepening subject knowledge in EYFS, optimising the use of resources, and ensuring clear, coherent curriculum coverage across all subjects.

To further enhance pupils' personal development and behaviour by embedding a culture of mutual respect, resilience and responsibility, ensuring all children – including the youngest – are well-supported to develop positive learning attitudes and consistently high standards of conduct and attendance.
